Ground shipping is free on most orders over $50, with occasional exceptions for heavier items which will incur a 10% shipping fee (min $5 max $15). For guaranteed delivery in three business days after shipment, choose expedited shipping for an extra $10. Two day and overnight options are usually calculated based on standard FedEx rates (although we may ship your items via UPS).

We currently ship via UPS by default when Ground Shipping is selected, however we will use USPS to ship to PO Boxes and to APOs, and occasionally may entertain custom requests. An extra handling fee may be required on orders shipped to a PO Box, shipped internationally, or shipped via a carrier of your choice.

The Linen Tree accepts returns on all online purchases of in stock, non-laundered items (and most purchases of other items) within thirty days of the date of delivery. A full refund of all charges, excluding expedited or international shipping charges, is provided as long as all items are in re-sellable condition. The refund is issued after we receive an item back from you.

If you set up your return within fifteen days of delivery - we will send you a pre-paid label in order to pay your return shipping for you. This is done as a courtesy.

Beyond thirty days from the date of delivery, we may allow returns in exchange for store credit in select situations. Due to constraints provided by custom-made items and supplier-specific policies, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items which are custom made or special ordered.

Please note that we generally cannot accept returns on laundered items, due to hygiene concerns and related laws.
