Influenced by pottery techniques used by 14th centruy Italian peasants, Vietri's spicy, yet subtle Paprika is part of Vietri's Cucina Fresca Collection. The collection is handmade of terra cotta in Tuscany, modeled after the style of hand thrown pottery used in Tuscany until the 1800's. A clear glaze is used to allow the terra cotta top to show through and the shapes are abundant with natural charm. Just about the entire collection is both dishwasher and microwave safe.
