Most orders over $100 will ship for about $5 to the United States. Some exceptions will apply and will be noted per item.
Expedited shipping options are available according to estimated expenses. However, the actual shipping method will be determined in part by actual shipping expenses, relative to funds paid. If you need an item by a specific date, please let us know beforehand so that we can verify costs and availability.
Our store is located in Scottsdale, Arizona, and we usually ship orders via UPS (sometimes USPS). However, some items will ship directly from their manufacturer.
For international orders - we will contact you with an estimate of shipping costs after you place your order; you will be given the option of paying the shipping costs or cancelling your order.
Items that we have in stock are considered eligible for return within 30 days of the date of delivery. To guarantee a refund, items must be in their original packaging and their original condition - and not laundered; otherwise we may, at our discretion, refuse your return. For stocked items being returned within 15 days of delivery - you may request a prepaid shipping label and we will send one to you via e-mail as a courtesy (exceptions may apply for particularly large, heavy and/or bulk shipments).
While we may be more lenient with returns when items are purchased online rather than with the direct assistance of our sales staff, we reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise that is special ordered from a manufacturer. Such requests will be treated on a case by case basis and may be heavily influenced by the manufacturer's return policy (or lack thereof). We will also usually refuse returns on items which are custom made, as well as items which have been shipped outside of the United States.
Please contact us with any related questions before placing an order. Thanks!
Raised on a cattle ranch once shared by Mexican revolutionaries, Jan Barboglio developed an early appreciation for the rich tradition that surrounded her. "We grew up on the land, roaming a ranch where children search for old ammunition, coins, mule shoes, and other twisted metal artifacts from this time period," she explains.
Today, Jan designs and oversees the production of a line of home accessories and decor that captures the allure and charm of Old Mexico. The products are one of a kind products offering distinct beauty. Slight irregularities and imperfections are embraced; no two items are identically the same. Variations of shading and texture are characteristic of the material and the finishing process. Jan - who insists that everyday living should be easy, useful and magical - lives in Texas, but her collection remains made by hand in her native country of Mexico.
The Linen Tree has more Jan Barboglio items in stock than anyone else in Arizona.
