Most online orders of in stock items over $100 ship for about five dollars to the continental US, within two business days (actual shipping charges may fluctuate slightly based on the quirks of our shopping cart). Exceptions will occasionally apply for heavier and/or particularly large shipments - which will usually not incur a cost of greater than $25 for ground shipment.
For an additional $20 or so, we will give your shipment extra consideration if and where applicable; for example, the $20 may be spent towards drop-shipping fees, insurance, multiple shipments, and/or 2-3 day shipping where it is available for a low cost. However, no advantages are guaranteed.
Express (two-day and overnight) shipping options are also available. They are charged according to standard rates calculated based in part on your location, our location, and the size of your shipment. Please note that for expedited shipment requests, any fees charged at checkout are intended as estimates of anticipated fair shipping charges. Usually, the actual delivery method used will be determined based on the total amount of money paid, relative to actual cost requirements. If you require delivery by a specific date, please let us know; we will try to find a way to work within a set budget.
Orders are traditionally shipped via UPS, although we may choose any particular carrier, including the US Postal Service, on a per shipment basis. Please let us know if you have any particular preference.
We ask that you contact us with any questions regarding international shipments before you place an order, as standard policies will not apply. Also note that standard shipping policies might not apply to: orders containing special ordered or out of stock items, which may ship direct from the manufacturer or which may incur additional shipping requirements; and exceptionally large items which cannot be shipped via conventional shipping methods.
Orders less than $30 ship to the continental US for a flat fee of $20, orders in between $30 and $100 run between $14-19 or so.
Returns of in-stock items purchased online are accepted within 30 days of the date of delivery. To guarantee a refund, items must be in their original packaging and their original condition - and not laundered; otherwise we may, at our discretion, refuse your return. A full refund, minus any expedited shipping charges, is issued once we have received your return package.
For in-stock items being returned within 15 days of delivery - you may request a prepaid shipping label and we will send one to you via e-mail as a courtesy. However, exceptions will apply for particularly large, heavy and/or bulk shipments, for which we may require the customer to pay return shipping. We ask that our customers use extra discretion when purchasing items that are costly to ship.
Please note that these policies do not apply to items that are not kept in-stock at our retail store in Scottsdale, AZ. While we may be more lenient with returns when items are purchased online rather than with the direct assistance of our sales staff, we reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise that is not generally kept in stock, or is otherwise special ordered from the manufacturer. Such requests will be treated on a case by case basis and may be heavily influenced by the manufacturer's return policy (or lack thereof). We will also usually refuse returns on items which are custom made, as well as items which have been shipped outside of the United States.
