Super Pile Bath Towels, by Abyss & Habidecor, are carefully woven in Portugal from ELS Egyptian Cotton. They were once named the "best overall" heavyweight bath towel by the Wall Street Journal - no other towel has reclaimed the title since.

With a 700-gram weight, these towels are colorfast, ultra-dense, super absorbent, slightly exfoliating, and yet also very soft. Rounded corners and color-matched labels exemplify Abyss' commendable attention to detail. Generally, these towels will never shrink, pill, or blemish.

Towels that we have in stock are shipped within one to two business days. All other towels are available for purchase but may take up to 3-5 weeks or longer for shipment as Abyss towels are typically made to order in Portugal (White and other popular colors may be available at Abyss' US warehouse).
